Authorized Use

This middleware is for SAR ZONE and approved client systems only. Developers must use assigned middleware API keys and must not use Meta access tokens directly.

Client Responsibility

Each client is responsible for generating and validating OTP values in its own application. The middleware sends approved WhatsApp templates and logs delivery responses.

Template Compliance

Only Meta-approved WhatsApp templates may be sent. Template names, language codes, and variables must match the approved format configured in the middleware.

Security

API keys must be kept private. If a key is exposed, it should be regenerated immediately from the SAR ZONE middleware dashboard.

Service Limits

SAR ZONE may apply daily or monthly message limits per client. Meta platform limits, billing, quality rating, and template status may also affect delivery.

Logs and Auditing

Message attempts are logged for operational support, usage reporting, and audit purposes.
