Information We Store
SAR ZONE stores WhatsApp Cloud API account details, approved template records, client records, middleware API keys, and message delivery logs required to operate the middleware.
Credential Protection
Meta access tokens and middleware API keys are treated as sensitive credentials. Meta tokens are encrypted at rest and are not exposed through public API responses.
Message Logs
Logs may include destination phone numbers, template names, variables sent to templates, reference IDs, Meta message IDs, request payloads, response payloads, status, timestamps, and error messages.
Use of Data
Data is used for authentication, message delivery, usage reporting, troubleshooting, audit review, and operational support for SAR ZONE and approved clients.
Access Control
Only authorized SAR ZONE users with assigned roles can access the dashboard. Viewer users can view logs and configurations but cannot view full secrets.
